1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1
The official contact email for GMTO is info@gmto-register.com. Henceforth, GMTO will be referred to as "the Service Provider, "which is responsible for managing the database.
1.2
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) outline the terms governing the use of prepaid services offered by the Service Provider, as specified in Section 1.5 of this document. They also describe the rights and responsibilities of both parties when using these services.These GTCs apply not only to customers who enter into an agreement with the Service Provider but also extend to any legal relationships involving third-party terms or other providers' documentation. Where applicable, such cases are exempt from these GTCs, provided relevant provisions exist in those separate agreements. Copies of this document will be made available to all parties upon request, ensuring transparency and easy access.
1.3
The term "Client" refers to the individual or legal entity that pays the Service Provider for access to the prepaid services as defined in Section 1.5 of these GTCs (hereafter referred to as "the Customer").
1.4
The database managed by the service provider is a comprehensive information system that provides access to data that is not normally available to the public. Access to this paid content is granted after payment in accordance with Section 1.5.
1.5
Prepaid Services refer to access granted to certain proprietary areas of the Service Provider's website (www.gmto-register.com) following the payment of a service fee that covers one year of use.
1.6
The Service Fee is the payment made by the Customer to the Service Provider in advance to gain access to the Prepaid Service, according to the current pricing structure.
1.7
The GTCs become effective once an agreement is finalized between the Service Provider and the Customer regarding the provision and use of Prepaid Services.
1.8
Should the Service Provider propose or require any changes to the GTCs, customers will be notified in writing before such changes take effect. This ensures all parties are informed of any potential impacts before the amended terms come into force.

2. CLIENT'S CANCELLATION RIGHTS

2.1
An agreement for the provision of Prepaid Services is established once the Customer has made full payment, as outlined in the current offer from the Service Provider.
2.2
The Customer is entitled to withdraw from this agreement within 7 days of its commencement, without providing a reason. This right begins once the servicefee has been fully paid.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1
The Service Provider will provide the Prepaid Service to the Customer upon receipt of the Service Fee, as per the prevailing offer.
3.2
Payment must be made using the method specified by the Service Provider. A payment is considered complete once the full amount has been received.

4. DISCLAIMER AND ADDITIONAL TERMS

4.1
The database compiled by the Service Provider uses content from national and international registers and is provided "as is," without any guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained therein.
4.2
The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from accessing, using, or being unable to use the gmto-register.com platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or commercial disruption, even if the Service Provider was aware of such potential damages.

5. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

5.1
The agreement for the Prepaid Service will automatically expire after the agreed-upon one-year period and cannot be terminated prematurely through regular means.
5.2
Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the other party breaches the contract. However, before invoking immediate termination, the offending party must be given the opportunity to correct any issues, where possible. Any situation that renders further cooperation impossible will be considered valid grounds for termination.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1
GMTO is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the services, you may request a refund within 60 days of payment. To initiate the process, contact our support team at info@gmto-register.com with your order details and reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy and the GTCs.

7. GOVERNING LAW

7.1
These General Terms and Conditions, along with the specific agreements, are governed by the laws of the United States.
7.2
In case of disputes, both parties will first attempt to resolve issues through negotiations. If discussions fail, legal action may be taken within a proper jurisdiction.

8. ARTICLE SHOWCASING SERVICE

8.1
Upon receipt of the Service Fee, the Service Provider will draft an article showcasing the Customer's achievements and milestones (referred to as the"Article Showcasing Service").
8.2
The purpose of this service is to highlight the Customer's brand journey and successes, enhancing their reputation and visibility.
8.3
The Service Provider reserves the right to edit the article for clarity, quality, and coherence, while maintaining the integrity of the information provided by the Customer.
8.4
The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Article Showcasing Service, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or commercial losses, even if such damages were foreseeable.
